I've created this tool to give administrators the ability to
- Delete timerjobs (like the OneTime scheduled timerjobs that are created by the ContentDeployment API but fail and never get cleaned up)
- Disable timerjobs
- Run timerjobs NOW
- Edit the schedule of timerjobs
